On the way to operational excellence, in addition to the definition of clear, overarching goals, a deep understanding of processes and a structured approach are particularly important. All this characterizes my way of working – I burn for the optimization of my customers’ production.

Luiz Nörenberg studied industrial engineering at Leibniz University in Hanover. After completing his bachelor’s degree, he held a position in the areas of logistics and controlling at the company notebooksbilliger.de. The focus of this position was on the optimisation of processes and cost analysis.

In a subsequent Master’s degree, Mr. Nörenberg deepened his expertise in the areas of production technology and strategic management. During this time, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Production Systems and Logistics (IFA) in the specialist group for production design and work organisation as well as a student trainee for GREAN GmbH.

Since 2022, he has supports the team as a consultant with a focus on process optimisation and factory planning.
