Server LogFiles

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all personal data resulting from it (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO) if this has been requested.

The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your request has been completed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

Job Application

We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. The processing may also take place electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents to us electronically.

The data processing helps to carry out the application procedure, in particular to establish an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1) b) of the DSGVO in conjunction with Section 26 (1) sentence 1 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) or the corresponding national law.

If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.

If the applicant concerned gives his/her consent to this, the data will be stored in the event of non-employment for the consideration of the applicant for future job offers for a period of 12 months (or until any prior revocation of consent) after the conclusion of the application process.

If the controller does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be deleted two months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller prevent deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

Provision of information – Newsletter

On this website a free newsletter subscription is offered.

For the purpose of processing the newsletter, personal data (entry data: first name, last name, email address and date and time of registration) are used. A processing and use of the data takes place exclusively for the registration and the sending of the newsletter.

After entering the e-mail address, users receive an e-mail with a confirmation link to confirm the authenticity of the address and the subscription (“double opt-in”). As far as you do not confirm the registration by the link in this e-mail, the data will not be actively included in the distribution list.

The legal basis for the processing of data in connection with the dispatch of newsletters is their consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) a GDPR. The newsletter subscription can be cancelled at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in each newsletter. If the subscription is cancelled, all personal data is deleted from our database.

E-Mail Marketing Online Service: Brevo

This website uses the Brevo online service of Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany for e-mail marketing.

Brevo is a service with which we organize and analyze the registration process and newsletter distribution. The data you enter for the purpose of registration is stored on Brevo’s servers. Brevo is prohibited from selling your data and using it for purposes other than sending newsletters.
