In order to consistently pursue the continuous growth path, Hubert Stüken GmbH & Co. KG is planning a new production plant. The aim is to plan and build a new factory on a total of 12,000 m². GREAN will take over the project management for the planning of this lean, versatile production plant. The tasks include the coordination of the participating specialist planners for electrical equipment and building services engineering with the architect as well as the integration of the company’s internal planning groups.
First of all, the new areas had to be assigned and conclusively planned. This included office, logistics, storage and production areas. GREAN took over the coordination of the internal planning groups, set up a project management and steered the project internally and externally. After completion of the concept phase, GREAN supervised the entire implementation, monitored the correct implementation and accompanied the ramp-up. GREAN remained involved in the project until production had reached the pre-set targets.
In detail, the following services were provided:
-
Support of the client in the design of lean production processes
