“Increasing production figures with reduced energy consumption!” To achieve this goal, Forbo Siegling GmbH had a project team made up of its own and GREAN employees analyse energy flows and identify the causes of waste. To do this, the central energy consumers were identified and the corresponding energy flows recorded, analysed and visualised.
GREAN not only brings fresh ideas for production improvement. You can also implement them with a high level of expertise. And best of all: you involve our employees in the change process.
Using these and “muda-walks” through the production as a fundament, proposals (with low investment) were developed to change processes and improve technology in order to reduce energy requirements. In addition, the employees were sensitized to the topic of energy efficiency through appropriate training, so that an increased energy awareness could be incorporated into the daily business operations.
