Execution of an employee workshop to search for wasted resources
Buschjost GmbH has long been concerned with the efficient use of production resources. The employees have proved to be a success factor as their daily behaviour has a decisive influence on the use of resources in production. GREAN supports the company in a joint workshop. The content is the transfer of methodological knowledge for the identification of resource wastage in production.
In addition to long-term sensitization, this concept already offers great short-term success.
After a basic sensitization of the employees for an efficient use of resources, the aim is to jointly search for improvement potential directly in production in several workshop parts. The suggestions found are systematically prepared and evaluated. As a result, a list of measures is available which makes it possible to follow up on the potentials found and further increase resource efficiency in production in the long term.
The following points were dealt with in detail:
