Claas Gronemeier first completed an apprenticeship as an aircraft mechanic at MTU Maintenance Hannover before earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering at Leibniz University Hannover. Even while he was a student, he focused his studies on production engineering and factory planning.
In addition to his studies, he gained practical experience in the industry, including at MTU Maintenance and Deutsche Bahn, as well as through various projects in the field of factory and site planning.
He has been working as a consultant at GREAN since 2025. His work focuses on factory planning, process optimization, and sustainable production systems.
Sustainable factory planning is achieved when analytical precision meets pragmatic implementation. What motivates me most is working with clients to develop solutions that not only work on paper but also deliver real value in everyday operations.
